Speedy installation for pvc marble sheet: move-in ready!
1. Tools required during installation:
Foam adhesive
tape measure
Art knife
Foam double-sided
adhesive tape
2. The process of installing pvc marble sheet is relatively simple and can be completed in a relatively short time. Next follow the guidance to complete the installation steps:
CLEANING :
Before installation, be sure to clean the walls and PVC marble sheet surface of dust, water stains, etc;
MEASURE THE WALL :
Measure the dimensions to be installed, cut and polish the edges of the board as needed (this step can also be omitted if using corner strips);
ADD DECORATIVE STRIPS :
Use glue or a specially made curing adhesive to evenly apply it to the board in zones, press the wall panel onto the wall, and ensure that it is in the correct position before releasing it;
ADD DECORATIVE STRIPS :
Cut edge and corner strips, and push the edges of the board according to the requirements;
PRESS AND FIX :
Press the board until the glue solidifies, ensure it is secure, and then the installation is completed.
Usually, because the ingredients of marble slabs are relatively safe and there are no toxic materials used during the wall installation process, they can be moved in after 24 hours of adhesive curing. But the adhesive used during the installation process may have some odor, which needs to be ventilated for a period of time to dissipate before entering the main body.
